The staff here is friendly and professional, offering excellent service in an immaculate facility with no long wait time – I have visited multiple times before and plan to do so again when necessary.
I have visited this location twice, and both experiences were positive. Although I had to wait around 10 minutes for my appointment, the doctors and nurses are very welcoming and attentive; plus, there’s free onsite parking!
UCAOA Accreditation
Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care centers in New York have received accreditation by the Urgent Care Association of America (UCAOA), representing their highest achievement for urgent care services and showing that they meet nationally standardized criteria in safety, patient care quality, and services offered.
UCAOA accreditation generally takes two or three years and includes at least annual visits by inspectors to each center undergoing the process. Inspections follow the national UCAOA accreditation standards manual and evaluate policies and procedures followed at each center and staff, medical director, and leadership issues.
The process may be rigorous and thorough, but the benefits are worth the time spent. Staff is highly knowledgeable and helpful; facilities are modernized; prices are comparable with similar urgent cares; overall experience exceeds expectations!

Affordable Urgent Care Center has an open pricing structure with extremely fair costs for everything from ear infections to broken bones. Most major health plans are accepted here, and they’re often able to see patients on the same or the next day if needed, making this urgent care provider highly recommended by me for its convenient, quality, and cost-effective care services.

Book an online appointment or walk-in if immediate care is necessary – for complex situations, they’ll refer you directly to an appropriate specialist. In addition, these centers support Virtual Visits through the GoHealth behavioral health network.

In-house X-ray and laboratory services reduce patients’ need to visit hospital emergency rooms for these tests; moreover, facilities are connected with Northwell Health’s electronic medical records system, allowing updated records to be shared across its 21 hospitals and over 450 patient facilities or private practices.
Facilities also provide telehealth visits, which can reduce the need for patients to visit their primary care provider in person. Telehealth appointments typically cover virtual consultations, physicals, and follow-ups with board-certified physicians – services usually covered by most insurance plans.
Northwell Health-GoHealth urgent care locations feature an on-site pharmacy, making medications accessible quickly and conveniently. Furthermore, blood work services are also offered, eliminating the need to travel to a lab. Finally, these centers also provide vaccinations against common illnesses like flu.
Northwell Health-GoHealth urgent care staff focused on ensuring patients could gain timely access to healthcare, helping mitigate the spread of COVID-19 while safeguarding patients. Furthermore, best practices regarding disinfection policies and telephone triage workflows were put in place by staff members.

When your child arrives at camp, visit its website and review any necessary medications or supplies they should bring. Most commands also have lists of common illnesses and injuries, so you’ll know precisely how best to communicate with their camp counselor should any problems arise during camp time. This will enable you to be fully prepared when speaking with their camp counselor if something requires your intervention while away.
Pack all medications your child requires, such as prescription and over-the-counter medicines, inhalers, and EpiPens. Also, include any dietary supplements or vitamins they take.
